Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Officer who will provide administrative support to the organization while assisting the Managing Director (MD) with day-to-day business and personal matters.
The ideal candidate should be highly organized, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Basic knowledge of real estate operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Administrative Duties
- Manage office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative functions
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and document filing
- Maintain records, databases, and office supplies inventory
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal communications
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
Executive Support To Md
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle personal and confidential matters on behalf of the MD
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as required
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and commitments assigned by the MD
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, or personal engagements
Real Estate Support (Basic)
- Assist with documentation related to real estate transactions (if required)
- Coordinate with agents, clients, or relevant authorities
- Maintain property records and basic listings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of real estate is a plus but not required
- Immediate availability to join is mandatory
