Job Overview

  • Job Title – Admin & Logistics Coordinator
  • Type – Outsourced
  • Contract Duration 12 months extendable
  • Salary AED 4000
  • Work Location – Jebel Ali, Dubai

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit quotations
  • Collect and verify proof of activity/work completion
  • Process reimbursement claims accurately and on time
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims or accounts
  • Maintain and update financial transaction spreadsheets
  • Generate regular reports for management review
  • Coordinate secure shipment of equipment (local & regional)
  • Monitor usage and utilization of loaned out equipment
  • Ensure all shipments are dispatched and delivered on schedule
  • Maintain accurate, up to date inventory tracking
  • Provide on ground logistics support during live events/activities
