- Prepare and submit quotations
- Collect and verify proof of activity/work completion
- Process reimbursement claims accurately and on time
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in claims or accounts
- Maintain and update financial transaction spreadsheets
- Generate regular reports for management review
- Coordinate secure shipment of equipment (local & regional)
- Monitor usage and utilization of loaned out equipment
- Ensure all shipments are dispatched and delivered on schedule
- Maintain accurate, up to date inventory tracking
- Provide on ground logistics support during live events/activities
Requirements
- Experience in administration, reporting, inventory management, and supply chain coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in reimbursement processing and quotation preparation
- Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Vendor coordination skills
