Role Overview

A leading interior fit-out firm in Dubai is hiring an Admin Executive for premium commercial projects.

The role supports management, the project team, office operations, and fit-out project administration.

Location and Work Arrangement

  • The position is based in Dubai, UAE, with work from office required.
  • The posting states that candidates must be in Dubai.

Salary and Benefits

  • The salary is AED 2,500–3,000 per month plus benefits.
  • Benefits include visa and medical insurance according to UAE law.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to management and the project team.
  • Manage calls, emails, courier services, filing, office supplies, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate clients and vendors, including meetings, follow-ups, LPO tracking, and documentation.
  • Maintain office records, employee files, attendance, and general documentation.
  • Prepare MS Office reports.
  • Assist with procurement coordination, office maintenance, and fit-out project administration.
  • Support HR administration, travel bookings, and front office management when required.

Mandatory Requirements

  • A graduate degree or diploma is mandatory.
  • Applicants must have 1–3 years of UAE administrative or office administration experience.
  • Fluent English, strong communication, and organizational skills are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and email drafting, is required.
  • Interior fit-out, construction, or contracting experience is preferred.
