Job Summary
The Admin & Document Controller provides administrative support and maintains an efficient document control system.
The role supports office operations, project coordination, reporting, correspondence, and communication with project stakeholders.
Location and Employment

- The salary is 4,000 AED per month.
Qualifications and Skills
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- The role requires two to five years of relevant administration or document control experience.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
- Experience with Aconex, SharePoint, Procore, EDMS, or similar systems is an advantage.
- The role requires strong organisation, time management, communication, coordination, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English and the ability to manage multiple documents, tasks, and deadlines are required.
- Knowledge of document numbering, revision control, filing, and archiving procedures is required.
