The Admin & Operations Officer is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
This role supports internal teams, manages office functions, and coordinates operational processes to improve productivity and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and office management
- Coordinate internal communications and support department activities
- Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
- Oversee procurement of office supplies and vendor coordination
- Monitor operational processes and suggest improvements
- Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and report preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate logistics, meetings, and company events
- Support HR functions such as attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in administration and operations roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
