Responsabilidades administrativas
- Ingresar y recuperar información de bases de datos para actualizar expedientes, archivos y reservaciones.
- Transmitir información por computadora, correo o fax y operar equipos de oficina estándar.
- Redactar cartas, memorandos y otros documentos con procesadores de texto, hojas de cálculo, bases de datos y software de presentaciones.
- Gestionar, fechar y distribuir el correo entrante y saliente.
- Crear y mantener archivos electrónicos y en papel, y archivar registros de actividades de oficina y transacciones.
- Ingresar y localizar información relacionada con el trabajo mediante computadoras y sistemas de punto de venta.
Servicio y colaboración
- Recibir y reconocer a los huéspedes, anticiparse a sus necesidades y atenderlas según los estándares de la compañía.
