- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior management
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare, edit, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
- Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications, responding or redirecting as appropriate
- Maintain confidential records, files, and documentation in an organized and secure manner
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and management documents
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when required
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and document distribution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
- Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: From AED 3,000.00 per month
