Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations within our car rental company.

The role focuses on documentation, record keeping, customer coordination support, booking administration, and maintaining accurate operational data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update rental records, contracts, and customer files.
  • Ensure a proper filing system is maintained (digital and physical).
  • Assist in managing vehicle booking schedules.
  • Update vehicle availability records in coordination with the operations team.
  • Maintain booking logs and internal tracking sheets with accuracy.
  • Ensure all entered data is accurate and regularly updated.
  • Upload and update documents in
