- Maintain trackers and records
- Assist with arranging unit availabilities

- Must have knowledge in Real Estate industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
- Proficient in Microsoft techniques
- Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management
- Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines
- Good speaking skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent computer skills in typing, Microsoft, and Excel
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to work within a team
- 1 2 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin / Higher diploma

Overview
- Al Mira Real Estate is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant based in Abu Dhabi.
Day to Day Responsibilities
