- Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Finance and Accounting (managerial and financial)
- Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams
- Explain key concepts such as financial statements, budgeting, cost analysis, time value of money, investment decisions, and financial management
- Guide students in applying financial and accounting principles to business decision making
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards
- Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline
- University level teaching experience in finance or accounting (preferred)
- Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are an advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency with financial tools and software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa
