Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Corporate Law and related business law subjects
- Explain key concepts such as company formation, corporate governance, directors' duties, shareholder rights, business contracts, regulatory compliance, and legal responsibilities of organizations
- Guide students in applying legal principles to business situations and corporate decision making
- Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback
- Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards
- Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms
- Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and examinations
Requirements
- Minimum Master's degree in Law (LL.M.) or closely related discipline
- Professional legal qualifications and admission to practice law are an advantage
- University level teaching experience in Corporate Law or Business Law (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial law, and business regulations
- Ability to relate legal concepts to contemporary business practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Must currently reside in the UAE and hold a valid residency visa

- Adjunct Faculty in Corporate Law
- To teach one course Introduction to Corporate Law in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term
