Role overview
Provide technical leadership within a Technology Delivery team supporting continuous delivery and customer outcomes.
Lead development and support of Group, Investment, and Retirement products hosted on the Acurity platform.
Work across delivery teams to champion engineering standards and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the platform technology roadmap, quality standards, and processes.
- Direct the delivery pod toward suitable technology products aligned with business outcomes and the platform roadmap.
- Identify risks and issues, resolve them, reduce run costs, and minimise technical debt.
- Configure and code Acurity system changes and interfaces, and train others to do so.
- Perform design, code, and test reviews and embed built-in quality practices.
- Complete sprint tasks and develop software as part of the role.
Required qualifications and experience
- Qualification in IT or a related field.
- At least 10 years of software development experience.
- At least 5 years of development experience with Acurity.
- In-depth knowledge of Superannuation, Investment, and Retirement products.
