- Support project execution across multiple functions in the organization
- Resolve issues during cross functional discussions and hold functions accountable for deliverables
- Partner with RoW countries to implement and share best practices
- Maintain health and safety standards and promote a safety culture on site
- Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity
- Strategic planning for three, six, and twelve months, focusing on peak season planning
- Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs, and QBRs
- Establish objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
- Provide team with tools for success and drive improvements through data driven decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data to determine improvements

Description
- Amazon Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) operations is looking for an experienced ACES Program Manager in KSA to redefine Ultra fast grocery operation and help build and grow this new service for customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Supporting project execution working across multiple functions in the org.
- Should be able to amicably resolve issues during passionate discussions between various functions.
- Should be able to hold respective functions accountable for their deliverables.
- Partner closely with RoW countries to implement/share best practice
- Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on site
- Be accountable for operational leadership by measuring performance, offering feedback, and providing development support.
- Drives continuous improvement projects to optimize operations and improve productivity to meet and exceed business objectives; works on strategic projects that have total building and network wide impact.
- Strategic planning for the next three, six and twelve months, with a particular focus on peak season planning.
- Write and articulate leadership updates, MBRs and QBRs.
- Establishes objectives and metrics for safety, quality, productivity, and customer experience
- Provide you team with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data driven decisions and analytical problem solving.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
