About the Role
InZone is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Dubai to manage invoicing, reconciliations, and bookkeeping. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with AR exposure and knowledge of UAE VAT.

- Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including invoicing, receivable reconciliations, and monitoring outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare monthly journal entries, adjustments, and support month end closing activities
- Ensure related party ledgers are updated and reconciled regularly
- Support VAT compliance, tax filings, and maintain financial records using ERP/accounting software
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience, preferably with Accounts Receivable exposure
- Experience with ERP accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations is preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
