- Prepare and reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections.
- Allocate customer payments against invoices.
- Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist in month end closing activities related to accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with internal departments and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures.
- Prepare AR reports and support the finance team as required.
