The Accounts Payable Accountant will manage vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations while ensuring compliance with Saudi VAT and ZATCA e-invoicing regulations.
The role requires strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics ERP for processing and reporting.
What You'Ll Do
- Process and verify supplier invoices, expense claims, and credit notes in
Microsoft Dynamics Erp
- .
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and execute vendor payment runs in line with company policies and approval limits.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation.
- Support
- month-end closing
- by preparing AP schedules and reports.
- Ensure compliance with
Saudi VAT, ZATCA e-invoicing (FATOORAH)

- Respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
