Any Bachelors degree
Roles And Responsibilities
Daily Billing Sales Management: Generating accurate invoices for sales, purchases, and repairs using POS and accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP).
InventoryControl Valuation: Tracking inventory movements (gold, diamond, silver) to calculate cost and ensure accurate inventory valuation.
Bookkeeping Ledgers: Managing day-to-day bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Tax Compliance: Handling GST filing, TDS payments, and monthly tax credit working
Auditing Reporting: Conducting internal audits of cash and inventory, preparing Profit Loss (PL) statements, and reporting to management.
Jewellery-Specific Tasks: Tracking manufacturing losses (melting/filing) and managing supplier payments
Requirments
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST and jewellery taxation.
Accuracy in handling inventory and high-value cash transactions
