Patient Care
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per treatment plans
- Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen levels)
- Assess patient conditions and report changes to doctors
Medical Support
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids safely
- Assist doctors during examinations and procedures
- Prepare patients for surgeries, tests, and treatments
Documentation Records
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes
- Update treatment charts and medication logs
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes
Patient Safety Hygiene
- Follow infection control protocols and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of patient areas and equipment
- Ensure proper use of medical instruments
Patient Family Support
- Educate patients and families about care plans and medicines
- Provide emotional support and guidance during recovery
- Answer patient queries politely and professionally
Coordination
- Work closely with doctors, lab staff, and other healthcare teams
- Coordinate patient admissions, transfers, and discharges
