Overview
We are seeking a skilled Arabic Content & Client Coordinator to manage client communications and produce high-quality Arabic content that resonates with the target audience.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, ideally in the Emirati dialect, and able to translate, create, and adapt content across various platforms while supporting smooth client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate and adapt English content into high-quality Arabic, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with the Emirati dialect.
- Develop and refine Arabic copy for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, client presentations, and brand communications.
- Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
- Understand client objectives, marketing requirements, and brand guidelines to ensure effective execution of campaigns and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams including creative, design, social media, and strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client expectations.
- Manage project timelines, communicate progress updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
- Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless account management.
- Contribute creative ideas, content directions, and campaign concepts that align with client goals and brand positioning.
- Review and proofread Arabic content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice across all communication channels.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality and strengthen client relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Fluent in Arabic (Emirati dialect preferred) with strong comprehension of English.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Strong writing and translation skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
- Excellent coordination and client management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
