Accounts & Content Executive (Arabic)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Translate and adapt English content into high-quality Arabic, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and alignment with the Emirati dialect.
• Develop and refine Arabic copy for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, client presentations, and brand communications.
• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and ensuring smooth day-to-day communication.
• Understand client objectives, marketing requirements, and brand guidelines to ensure effective execution of campaigns and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams including creative, design, social media, and strategy to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to client expectations.
• Manage project timelines, communicate progress updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely closure of tasks.
• Participate in client meetings, prepare meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure seamless account management.
• Contribute creative ideas, content directions, and campaign concepts that align with client goals and brand positioning.
• Review and proofread Arabic content to maintain quality, consistency, and brand voice across all communication channels.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance service quality and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic (Emirati dialect preferred) with strong comprehension of English.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience, ideally in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
• Strong writing and translation skills with the ability to adapt content for different platforms.
• Excellent coordination and client management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
