Position overview
The hotel is hiring an Accounts Receivable Executive for its Finance and Accounts department in Dubai, UAE.
The role supports hotel accounts receivable, city ledger, billing, collections, and account reconciliation activities.
Requirements
- Two to three years of experience in hotel accounts receivable or city ledger work.
- Practical IDS Hotel Software experience is mandatory, and candidates without it will not be considered.
- Good knowledge of hotel accounting, billing, reconciliation, and collections.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and good communication and follow-up skills.
- UAE hotel experience is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the city ledger and customer accounts.
- Handle billing, invoices, and statements.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Food and Beverage, and other departments.
- Assist with month-end closing and audits.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1,000 to AED 3,000 per month.
