Accounts & Administration Executive – UAE

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, costing, and pricing calculations.
• Handle invoices, purchase orders, and related commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Manage daily administrative and commercial activities.
• Prepare, organize, and follow up on commercial documents.
• Handle professional email communication and business correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on payments, deliveries, pending documents, and outstanding matters.
• Support Sales and Management teams and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in costing, invoicing, quotations, and administration is required.
• Experience in a trading company or similar business environment is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and professional email-writing skills are required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required.
• Candidates must be able to prepare commercial documents accurately and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Strong organization, coordination, follow-up, attention to detail, and accuracy are required.
• UAE experience is preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500 to AED 4,000 per month.

• Work location is in person.
