Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with payroll-related accounting activities and expense monitoring.
• Provide correspondence, email management, meeting, follow-up, and documentation support to the Finance Manager.
• Coordinate finance and management reports, audits, banking requirements, and related matters.
• Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate documentation and follow-ups for Corporate Tax, VAT, audit, banking, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor management actions, deadlines, and deliverables for timely completion.
• Prepare presentations, reports, trackers, and management information.
