Job Purpose
The Accounting Manager manages the full accounting function across group companies and business units.
The role is responsible for accurate financial records, timely closing, strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and reliable management reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations across automotive, F&B, retail, real estate, maintenance, events, service centers, and natural stone or marble trading businesses.
- Supervise the finance team, assign work, review output, and ensure deadlines and control standards are met.
- Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, supplier payments, customer receipts, intercompany transactions, accruals, prepayments, and provisions.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and ensure ledgers are complete, accurate, and supported.
- Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, profit and loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and business unit analyses.
- Monitor payables, receivables, inventory, fixed assets, cost of sales, branch accounts, and intercompany balances.
- Maintain cost allocation and controls over cash, bank accounts, inventory, receivables, payables, and financial commitments.
- Coordinate with operational teams to ensure sales, purchases, stock movements, expenses, and service revenue are recorded correctly.
- Support bank reconciliation, cash management, payment commitment reporting, ERP implementation, and chart of accounts standardization.
