Role Overview
Support the Finance Department at Our Habitas Ras Abrouq as an Accounting Clerk.
Assist with daily accounting transactions, documentation, data entry, reconciliations, and financial administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting transactions and financial data entry.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Verify invoices, purchase orders, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and files.
- Support daily cash and revenue reconciliation.
- Ensure transactions are properly coded and recorded.
- Coordinate with departments to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Chief Accountant.
Requirements
- Support daily accounting transactions and financial data entry accurately.
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other accounting documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
