Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting operations and financial transactions
- Maintain accurate records of property income, expenses, leases, and service charges
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Monitor rent collections, tenant accounts, and vendor payments
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and contractor payments
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE regulations
- Coordinate with auditors and support annual audit activities
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in Real Estate or Property Management
- Experience in Contracting industry highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail oriented and experienced Accountant with a strong background in Real Estate, Property Management, and Contracting industries.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, handling property related accounting transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities

- AED 4,000.00 AED 5,000.00 per month
