Responsibilities
- Manage end to end payroll processing for high volume employee groups (1000+ employees)
- Ensure timely salary disbursement in compliance with UAE regulations and WPS
- Handle payroll reconciliation and reporting
- Maintain accurate payroll records across multiple entities
- Manage accounting operations for multiple companies/entities
- Prepare consolidated and standalone financial statements
- Ensure accurate inter company allocations and reconciliations
- Record and reconcile intercompany balances and transactions
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance between entities
- Maintain accuracy in cost allocation and transfers
- Oversee client invoicing and vendor billing processes
- Ensure accuracy in accounts payable and receivable
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or manpower supply companies
- Experience processing payroll for 1000+ employees
- Experience handling both payroll processing and client invoicing within the same role
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in multi company accounting environments
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations
- Hands on experience with bank reconciliation and intercompany accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or similar systems
- Experience working with payroll teams, finance leadership, auditors, and client contacts
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Arabic language skills are a plus
