Overview
- We expect the employee to have at least 4 years of accountancy and finance experience with at least a bachelor's degree in accounting.
- The employee must be able to speak English and Arabic fluently (Mandatory).
- The employee must also be willing and able to learn new accounting programs as well as develop good and professional relationship with the company team members and lastly assist the chairman in all areas of the business where necessary.
- The responsibilities of the accountant are as follows:
- Supervise all regular accounting Journal Entries plus monthly closure accounts.
- Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with budgetary requirements.
- Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.
- Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in the organization.
- Monitor and implement all accounts payable check activation and wire transactions.
- Assist departments in the account reconciliation process on a monthly basis.
- Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly.
- Provide support to auxiliary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work.
- Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare journal entries and synthesize a common ledger for subsidiary accounts.
- Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors.
- Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
- Develop and formulate all reports and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.

- Bachelor's (Preferred)
