- Prepare and manage customer invoices accurately
- Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and collections
- Prepare quotations and send them to clients
- Handle renewal follow ups and ensure timely renewals
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate payment records
- Coordinate with clients to resolve billing and payment related queries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Handle client communication through phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Support the finance team in routine accounting activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers welcome
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Hindi speaking mandatory
- English communication skills preferred
- Strong organizational and follow up skills

Job Summary

Salary
- Salary: As per company standards / Best in the industry.
- Pay: AED1,500.09 AED2,000.97 per month
