Element Hr Consulting
is hiring on behalf of a client for a trustworthy and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the personal financial affairs of senior management and their family office-related activities.
We are looking for a highly organized professional with strong accounting knowledge, confidentiality, and the ability to independently manage personal financial transactions, records, reporting, and coordination with external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day personal financial transactions and bookkeeping for management
- Maintain accurate records of expenses, payments, bank statements, and reconciliations
- Handle personal accounts payable and receivable activities
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, lawyers, and other service providers when required
- Prepare monthly financial summaries, expense reports, and cash flow tracking
- Monitor bill payments, subscriptions, renewals, and personal asset-related expenses
- Assist in budgeting and tracking personal investments and expenditures
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and personal information at all times
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and filing systems
- Support management with ad hoc administrative and financial tasks
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial procedures and documentation standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or personal finance management
- Prior experience handling personal accounts, family office operations, or management affairs is preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professionally
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in the UAE market is preferred
