Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Lead VAT registration and filing with UAE Federal Tax Authority, manage banking portals and KYC requirements
- Handle legal processes with local authorities including documentation clearing, trademark registration, and corporate licenses
- Manage government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
- Oversee office resources, supplies, and equipment
- Support full hiring cycle including posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions
- Coordinate with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in UAE based accounting / administrative roles (mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures, compliance, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Arabic (C2) and English (B2)

About the Role
- We are looking for a highly experienced Arabic speaking Accountant & Administrative Manager with strong knowledge of UAE government, taxation, and corporate compliance frameworks.
- This is a hands on operational role supporting finance, HR administration, legal compliance, and executive coordination within a fast paced real estate environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day to day accounting bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Leading VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and managing banking portals and KYC requirements
- Handling legal processes with local authorities documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
- Managing government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
- Overseeing office resources, supplies, and equipment
- Supporting the full hiring cycle posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders
- Coordinating with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
- Supporting executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
- Managing legal processes with local authorities, including documentation clearing, notarization, and attestation
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in UAE based accounting / administrative roles (mandatory)
- Knowledge of UAE government procedures, compliance, and VAT regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Especially Excel) and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Arabic: (C2) | English: (B2)
