Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers across Saudi Arabia
- Conduct high volume outbound calls, virtual meetings, and follow ups to convert leads into active partners
- Present Dwelleo’s platform, pricing packages, and AI powered tools clearly and persuasively
- Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding agreements, and listing packages
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding activation
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and conversion data using CRM tools
- Build strong long term relationships with developers and brokers to ensure recurring listings
- Monitor the Saudi real estate market and identify new business opportunities
- Achieve monthly targets for onboarding volume, revenue, and active listings
- Prepare weekly sales reports covering pipeline status, conversion rates, and market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- 2 4 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development, or account management
- Previous experience in PropTech, real estate platforms, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly preferred
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Highly self motivated and disciplined for remote work

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and engage real estate developers, brokerage firms, and individual brokers across Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct high volume outbound calls, virtual meetings, and follow ups to convert leads into active partners.
- Present Dwelleo’s platform, pricing packages, and AI powered tools clearly and persuasively.
- Negotiate commercial terms, onboarding agreements, and listing packages in line with company policies.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding activation.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, pipelines, and conversion data using CRM tools.
- Build strong long term relationships with developers and brokers to ensure recurring listings.
- Act as the main point of contact during onboarding and early stage activation.
- Ensure partners are fully trained and supported to maximize platform adoption and performance.
- Monitor the Saudi real estate market and identify new business opportunities.
- Track competitors such as Property Finder, Bayut, Wasalt, and Aqaar.
- Share market feedback with Product and Marketing teams to improve positioning and performance.
Must Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, business development, or account management.
- Previous experience in PropTech, real estate platforms, SaaS, or digital marketplaces is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales with developers, brokers, or property owners.
- Fluent English is mandatory (spoken and written) for dealing with KSA clients and international stakeholders.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Highly self motivated and disciplined for remote work environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to the Saudi real estate market.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Understanding of digital marketing, online listings, and lead generation.
