About the Role

  • We are seeking a motivated and results oriented Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team.
  • In this role, you will guide local and international clients through profitable real estate investment opportunities in Georgia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle — from lead qualification and investment needs assessment to property presentation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual KPIs covering deal closures, sales volume, and client acquisition.
  • Deliver financially grounded investment proposals, articulating ROI, IRR, NPV, and capital appreciation projections with clarity.
  • Handle complex investor objections relating to market risk, financial returns, and compliance.
  • Maintain up to date expertise on York Towers' project portfolio, competitive landscape, and Georgian real estate market trends.
  • Ensure rigorous CRM data entry and accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activities.
  • Adhere to cross border transaction protocols and all applicable legal and compliance standards.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback sessions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a direct sales or client advisory role, ideally in real estate or financial services.
  • Demonstrable ability to understand and communicate core investment metrics (ROI, NPV, IRR) to a client audience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and professional presentation ability.
  • Fluent in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
