Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Lead VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and manage banking portals and KYC requirements
- Handle legal processes with local authorities including documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
- Manage government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
- Oversee office resources, supplies, and equipment
- Support the full hiring cycle including posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders
- Coordinate with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
- Arabic (C2) and English (C1)

About the Role
- As our Accountant & Administrative Manager, you'll be the backbone of our financial and administrative operations — working closely with senior leadership to ensure full compliance with government and tax regulations, managing accounting and legal processes, and supporting HR functions.
- This is a hands on role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done.
What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For
