About the Role

  • As our Accountant & Administrative Manager, you'll be the backbone of our financial and administrative operations — working closely with senior leadership to ensure full compliance with government and tax regulations, managing accounting and legal processes, and supporting HR functions.
  • This is a hands on role that requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to get things done.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing day to day accounting bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • Leading VAT registration and filing with the UAE Federal Tax Authority, and managing banking portals and KYC requirements
  • Handling legal processes with local authorities documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
  • Managing government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
  • Overseeing office resources, supplies, and equipment
  • Supporting the full hiring cycle posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders
  • Coordinating with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
  • Supporting executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems
  • Arabic: (C2) | English: (C1)
