About the Role
York Towers is hiring an Accountant & Administrative Manager to oversee financial and administrative operations in Dubai. The role combines accounting, VAT compliance, legal processes, and HR support.

Responsibilities
- Manage day to day accounting including bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Lead VAT registration and filing with UAE Federal Tax Authority, manage banking portals and KYC requirements
- Handle legal processes with local authorities including documentation clearing, trademark registration, and new corporate licenses
- Manage government, telecom, and banking portals, including KYC and WPS
- Oversee office resources, supplies, and equipment
- Support full hiring cycle including posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions
- Coordinate with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters
- Support executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management
- Manage legal processes with local authorities including documentation clearing, notarization, and attestation
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and processes
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
- Arabic (C2) and English (C1)

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing day to day accounting bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, payments, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Overseeing office resources, supplies, and equipment.
- Supporting the full hiring cycle posting ads, interviewing, employment visa processing, and NOC submissions for freelance visa holders.
- Coordinating with HR on attendance, payroll, leave approvals, and staff matters.
- Supporting executive leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and project management.
- Managing legal processes with local authorities, including documentation clearing, notarization, and attestation.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE government regulations and processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Arabic: (C2) | English: (C1).
