Role Overview

Support financial operations across a multi-brand luxury retail business.

The role requires hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance experience and strong technical accounting knowledge.

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and month-end closing.
  • Maintain and optimize accounting processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
  • Handle inventory accounting and cost tracking.

Stakeholder and Control Duties

  • Coordinate with stakeholders across retail stores, warehouses, and corporate teams.
  • Assist with audit preparation and liaise with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and expense controls.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of accounting experience, preferably in retail, luxury, or F&B sectors.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance module.
  • Solid understanding of financial reporting, VAT, and UAE compliance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • CMA or ACCA professional certification is described ambiguously as mandatory/preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in multi-entity or multi-store retail environments.
  • Exposure to inventory-heavy businesses.
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations and automation.
