Role Overview
The Account Planning Executive supports Account Planning Managers with brand partnerships and online and offline flash-sale events.
This hands-on role is suited to an organized, analytical professional who wants to grow into brand account management.
Brand and Account Support
- Support the brand partnership cycle from prospecting support through post-event wrap-up.
- Assist with brand proposals, sales contracts, commercial documents, business development decks, and brand presentations.
- Maintain brand files, trackers, and account records.
Event Planning and Execution
- Assist with event calendars, timelines, and checklists for online and offline flash sales.
- Support product uploads, pricing checks, site readiness, and online event testing.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Logistics on stock, assets, and setup requirements.
