About the Role

  • We are looking for an Account Manager to join our office based team in Dubai.
  • You will manage a portfolio of clients, support their needs, and drive long term partnerships.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients.
  • Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches.
  • Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
  • Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling.
  • Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management.
  • Monitor the iGaming market and advise clients on opportunities.
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in industry events and client meetings when required.

What We Ask of You

  • 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must).
  • Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Commercially minded with good analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events.
