Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Support client onboarding and guide them through integrations and product launches
- Work with internal teams to deliver timely solutions and meet client needs
- Collect, organize, and share promotions from providers with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling products and services
- Provide regular updates and KPI reports to clients and management
- Monitor the respective iGaming market and advise clients on relevant opportunities
- Resolve client issues quickly and effectively to maintain service excellence
- Participate in industry events and client meetings when required
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Customer Success (iGaming industry experience is a must)
- Track record of building client relationships and contributing to account growth
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Commercially minded with good analytical and problem solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/project tools is a plus
- A proactive, adaptable, and professional approach to work
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business events

About the Role
- We are looking for an Account Manager to join our office based team in Dubai.
- You will manage a portfolio of clients, support their needs, and drive long term partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
