- Manage pipeline and account activity using Salesforce
Requirements
- 2 4+ years of experience in account management or relationship focused sales role
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales managing or working with MSP clients
- Strong commercial mindset with passion for account growth
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities

Position Summary

- Responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
- Reignite and build strong relationships with existing MSP customers, especially those with low engagement.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans including regular outreach, check ins, and business reviews.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive increased engagement and long term growth.
- Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base.
- Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams.
- Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting.
Required Qualifications
- 2 4+ years of experience in an account management or relationship focused sales role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales managing or working with MSP clients.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth.
- Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
