Position Summary

  • Kaseya is looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of MSP accounts with strong growth potential.
  • Responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Reignite and build strong relationships with existing MSP customers, especially those with low engagement.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans including regular outreach, check ins, and business reviews.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to drive increased engagement and long term growth.
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams.
  • Leverage Salesforce to manage pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 4+ years of experience in an account management or relationship focused sales role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales managing or working with MSP clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
