Position Summary

  • Kaseya is looking for an enthusiastic and results driven Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts, focusing on supporting customers with strong growth potential.
  • In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding and maximizing value within existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, strengthening relationships, and driving consistent revenue growth through proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership & Expansion: Take full ownership of a portfolio of Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts, proactively identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities across Kaseya's product suite.
  • Customer Re Engagement & Relationship Building: Reignite and build strong relationships with existing MSP customers—especially those with low engagement.
  • Commercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach, check ins, and business reviews.
  • Adoption & Value Realization: Monitor product usage and adoption metrics, addressing gaps and driving increased engagement.
  • Revenue Ownership: Own and consistently exceed revenue targets by driving expansion within your account base.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and other internal teams.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Leverage Salesforce to manage your pipeline, track account activity, and maintain accurate forecasting and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 4+ years of experience in an account management or relationship focused sales role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales managing or working with Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a passion for account growth and expansion.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
