- As part of our commitment to complying with national labor laws and applicable legislations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, this position is open to candidates who fulfill the specific nationality criteria stipulated by local regulations.
- The Key account Management team is responsible for accelerating sales growth, expanding selection on the platform and improving retention among the existing Seller base.
- This team creates innovative ways to identify new selection, merchandising, and operational improvement opportunities through partnership with internal stakeholders such as Fulfillment by Amazon, Sponsored Products, etc. and improving our overall knowledge of how to succeed as a Seller on Amazon Marketplaces.
- We are looking for a Account Manager to help shape the future of the Account Management program.
- The role is focused on driving success for some of the high performing sellers in the KSA Marketplace and leveraging key learning/feedback to improve the Amazon platform that will benefit all Sellers.
- Key job responsibilities
- Identify, prospect and recruit high-potential sellers to amazon website, via phone or email
- Effectively prioritize and lead a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet/exceed quarterly targets
- Be a business partner for new sellers providing them with data-driven insights and advice to optimize their success on amazon
- Work closely with new sellers, educating them about Amazon’s high standards of Delivery and Customer Experience
- Enable sellers to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems so they may become self-sufficient in handling their catalog, inventory and performance efficiently and to the required standards
- Learn and understand the specificities of your categories to spot popular brands, trends, seasonal items and pricing to best tailor your pitch and advice to sellers
- Track and report business development results, analyze data, interpret reports and information for your portfolio of sellers
- Prioritize your time optimally to achieve your targets a results oriented environment
- A day in the life
- Day to Day operation include but are not limited to
- Interacting with Key Sellers
- Sourcing new selection from sellers with potential to add more selection
- Staying laser focused on stocks for Key ASINs
- Sourcing Deals from sellers to delight our customers
- Maintaining sharp prices on the platform
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills, including intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLookups)
- 2-8 years of account management or sales work experience
- Skilled in business development with strong objection-handling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts in a simple manner
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
- Experience in data analysis
- Experience within e-commerce or Retail fields
- Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business
