Account Manager - Enterprise & MCN

About the opportunity

What you will do

• Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow business, and build strong customer relationships.
• Generate profitable sales and develop long-term Enterprise and Mission Critical Networks business.
• Identify and secure short-, mid-, and long-term opportunities with the EMEA business development team.
• Apply go-to-market and competitive commercial models and strategies.
• Drive negotiations in private and public procurement scenarios.
• Manage orders booked, net sales, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
• Coordinate sales engagements across the Gulf geography.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies and support customer satisfaction.

The skills you bring

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• Proven sales experience in Public Safety, Railways, Utilities, or Defense verticals.
• Proven ICT account management experience focused on Mission Critical Networks.
• Strong understanding of communication needs across the listed industry and public-sector verticals.
• Expertise in consultative selling, commercial acumen, strategic thinking, negotiation, and problem-solving.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is preferred.
