- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff, and production colleagues worldwide
- Respond to client requests for new project initiatives and collaborate with production and sales teams to assess scope and produce cost estimates
- Assess competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with clients
- Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Take proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs, and company culture
- Grow new business from existing clients and work with senior leadership to expand relationships
- Creatively problem solve to improve new business development strategy
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality, and customer service

- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and can do attitude
- Effective time management

Role Description
- We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Dubai office.
- Focus on generating new business and serving as first level of support to existing clients in the Travel industry and partly Retail/Real Estate.
What you will learn
