- Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working with senior leadership to expand relationships and upsell TransPerfect portfolio
- Creatively problem solve to improve current new business development strategy
- Consistently follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
Requirements
- Excellent written, verbal English communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and can do attitude
- Effective time management
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales or Client Services

Role Description
- We are currently seeking an Account Manager to join our Dubai office at TransPerfect.
- As an Account Manager, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts targeting the Travel industry and partly Retail/Real Estate.
- You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organized, and keen to kick start your sales career.
- You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales.
What you will learn

- Assess the competitive landscape, develop project proposals, negotiate budgets and schedules with the client.
- Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables.
- Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service.
- Responsible for growing new business from existing clients, including working closely with senior leadership to expand current relationships and upsell the TransPerfect portfolio.
