Job Purpose
Manage and grow a portfolio of merchant accounts through strong relationships, seamless client experience, product adoption, and increased transaction volumes.
Act as the key link between merchants and internal teams to support retention, satisfaction, and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage merchant accounts as the primary point of contact.
- Build relationships to drive merchant satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Monitor account performance, transaction volumes, and product usage.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling across Paymob products and services.
- Conduct business reviews and share insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve merchant issues.
- Communicate merchant feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Support implementation and adoption of new products, features, and services.
- Maintain account reports, performance updates, and documentation.
