Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager, located in Dubai.

The Account Manager will oversee the management and growth of client accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include fostering strong client relationships through regular communication, identifying and addressing client needs, creating and presenting reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client goals.

The role also requires identifying opportunities for business expansion and ensuring timely execution of projects aligned with client expectations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles or account management, with a focus on retaining and growing key accounts
  • Ability to analyze data and create meaningful reports to address client needs
  • Project management expertise with skills in time management and team coordination
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve client concerns effectively
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends or experience in a related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment
