- Drive sales growth through the channel by implementing sales strategies and providing support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners
- Negotiate terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements
- Address any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
- Ensure that partners adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the IT Industry, infrastructure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Description
- The Account Manager will be responsible to develop and manage all relationships with partners, to drive sales and revenue growth
- This role involves working with partners and suppliers to ensure that the products/solutions are effectively represented and sold, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction
