Job Description

  • The Account Manager will be responsible to develop and manage all relationships with partners, to drive sales and revenue growth
  • This role involves working with partners and suppliers to ensure that the products/solutions are effectively represented and sold, ensuring elevated levels of customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through the channel by implementing sales strategies and providing the needed support to generate leads to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners and identify opportunities for new partnerships
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute joint marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities with partners
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of partner agreements, including pricing, delivery, and service level agreements
  • Address any partner issues or conflicts promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive partner experience
  • Analyze market trends and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Ensure that partners adhere to the company’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2 4 years of experience in channel sales, account management, or a related role, preferably within the IT Industry, infrastructure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing partner relationships
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
  • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Self motivated, results oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
