Role Overview
MADI International is hiring an Outdoor Sales Representative to represent its skin care brands in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on B2B sales, beauty-industry relationships, target achievement, and regular outdoor client visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with salons, beauty centers, and professional clients.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve and exceed business targets.
- Identify opportunities through market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Visit clients, present products, prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives.
- Provide after-sales service and resolve client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven sales experience in skincare, beauty, or FMCG.
- Experience managing and developing B2B client relationships, preferably with salons and beauty professionals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid Saudi driving license.
- Willingness to work outdoors with regular client visits across Riyadh.

- The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with regular outdoor client visits across the city.
