Madi International is hiring an Account Executive - Skin to join their team in Qatar.
The role focuses on maintaining and growing existing accounts, converting new doors, onboarding new salon openings, maximizing territory coverage, and ensuring disciplined commercial execution through strong collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Manage and grow existing salon accounts while acquiring new customers.
- Promote and sell the company's hair care product portfolio.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent account support.
- Execute promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Plan and conduct regular customer visits while collaborating with internal teams to support business growth.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the beauty, hair care, FMCG, or distribution industry.
- Strong relationships with salons and beauty clients to maximize sales opportunities.
- Effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets for haircare product lines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and promptly address client inquiries.
