About the role
- A growing insurance brokerage is expanding its Marine team in Dubai and is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Marine Broker to join a close knit team during a period of sustained growth.
Team & Environment
- Small marine team with direct reporting to the Head of Marine (Dubai)

Compensation & Benefits
- AED 27,000 30,000 per month (tax free)
- Discretionary bonus (Circa 15% of salary, linked to office performance)

- Hybrid working model (typically 4 days in office, 1 remote)
- Relocation support available (package dependent on circumstances)

The Role
- Placement of risks in London, UAE, and international markets
- Negotiation with insurers across both local and global markets
- Client servicing and relationship management
- Policy documentation and administration
- Coordination with international partners, including London and Dubai markets
- The portfolio is heavily weighted toward Hull & Machinery (H&M) business (approx. 60 70%), alongside P&I, Cargo and Yacht lines.
- This is not a business development focused role, the emphasis is on technical execution, servicing and account development within an existing client base.
